Holistic human performance
My current work as a Performance Coach in Formula 1 has had a few important steps in my career development, which have made me the practitioner and the person I am today. Life as an athlete taught me discipline and resilience. Academics taught me how to integrate theories and science into practice. The personal training work in the early years taught me interpersonal skills and how to approach the coaching process based on individual needs and starting points. The work with youth and development athletes taught me the importance of joy when building the fundamental basis of long-term development. My work with professional and elite performers has taught me how to integrate high-performance practice around a number of internal and external elements. Therefore, every step of my career has been an essential part of the way I think about performance and holistic well-being today.
I believe that a good leader leads by being an example of him or herself, whether that is a parent at home or CEO of a company. Therefore, standards and structured plan, which is well monitored are principles that I stand for. The first step of my coaching philosophy starts with four pillars: What, who, how, based on what. I aspire to lead individuals towards resilience in their physiological and psychological abilities. I like to think that coaching is like cooking, nothing beats good quality basic ingredients, seasoning, either way, lifts the dish or confuses the target.

Functional Medicine to treat autoimmune disease, gut health, hormone imbalance, reverse chronic conditions and improve overall health.
For several years, Fernando worked in primary care and preventive medicine, treating patients of all ages in acute and chronic settings. While he greatly enjoyed working with patients, he was not fully satisfied, and he became interested in providing other types of care and treatment to the people that required it. Consequently, he decided to specialize in a different approach with Functional Medicine, which allowed him to become acquainted with a more comprehensive and integral way of working with patients and practicing medicine. He has also been influenced by other physicians in the Functional Medicine field, in which he has received continued education for many years. He feels truly blessed to be able to work with patients and, together, find the best way for them to achieve optimal health.
Fernando strongly believes that, in order to achieve great health, we must first remove what is causing us harm. He is of the steadfast opinion that we do not have to do this alone and that by working together with a multidisciplinary team, the road to recovery is near. “Before you heal someone, ask him if he’s willing to give up the things that make him sick.” — Hippocrates
Fernando spends most of his free time finding ways to improve his health, either through food, exercise, or relaxation. He enjoys the outdoors, going to the gym and spending time with his family.

Sana has dedicated her life to helping patients achieve a brighter and healthier lifestyle by helping them in their journey of self-discovery with their bodies. She works with her patients to set individualized actions that will help identify and determine core dysfunctions.
Sana is a DHA Registered Nurse and Certified Health Coach. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Lebanese American University, School of Nursing with a minor in Psychology. Certified in IV Nutritional Therapy by IVNTA
Lebanese American University Medical Center, Beirut, Lebanon IV Nutritional therapy Academy, USA
Given Sana’s extensive experience in a hospital with oncology patients, providing them with medications was the core of her job. Every month, patients who suffered from chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension came for their treatments or refills. But she began to notice that none of them seemed to be able to get off their prescriptions. This is where her interest in functional medicine began: she never thought this could be the story of millions of people.
Sana believes that, in Functional Medicine, every individual is unique; No two people are treated the same way. In her experience, she noticed that not enough time was given to each patient individually. Patients were not being listened to, they were discarded, and they were not made a priority. Because of this, she made it her life’s work to make the patients feel important, supported, and validated. She also made sure that they were on proper health plans and given follow-ups.
