Her professional journey began in multidisciplinary hospital settings, including Nanavati Super Speciality Hospital in Mumbai, where she gained valuable experience managing neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and post-operative rehabilitation cases. Driven by a vision to provide holistic and patient-centered care, she later founded Mind Your Body Physiotherapy Clinic in Mumbai, Bandra west where she successfully building a thriving rehabilitation practice over 10 years. Today, at Yutopia Clinics, Ruchi brings together years of clinical expertise, international certifications, and a deeply empathetic approach to create meaningful recovery journeys for her patients.
